Although I took a longer time to get my purchase more than I expected, the customer service was very helpful and followed through the delivery process. I’m happy that I received the product. If an estimated arrival date or accurate tracking information can be provided, it would be even better. Keep it up!

I'll just come out and say it, in a bit over 20 years, this was maybe the best kit I've ever put together. Everything fit together smoothly and feels strong, and I love the design aesthetic. Sometimes, especially the hips, were a little too tight and resulted in coming off. However the part would just slide back on easily and behave/look like it never happened.

The whip/tail is fine, though one of mine is loose and floppy, that's minor and just may be mine besides, since I've read around and never saw it mentioned. Perhaps the most difficult part I had was with the head. It required more force than other pieces and I have a condition in my hand that hampers that. But if I can do it I don't think it would give others that much trouble.

All in all it was a great build and a wonderful buy, I would easily get another in this line.

ORDER #1069 was placed and paid for on 14th March 2023. Months later and still no sign of my order. While there is a lack of customer service whenever I tried reaching out to the company.

Edit: After receiving contact again, they immediately send out the product and compensation after missing this order. The package has safely arrived and in good condition. BERRY definitely made up for the inconvenience, hence why the rating has been adjusted.
