Refund policy
At this time we do not offer returns, cancellations, or refunds. This helps us to avoid fraudulent orders. However, we will take action when we confirm it is a real issue. In details,
If you PAID for an item then we confirm it is OUT OF STOCK, we definitely give you a FULL REFUND.
We are only responsible for retailing. We can't control the quality of the products or shipping, which are managed by external companies. However, if you have any issues related to products or shipping, we will help by contacting the responsible party to work out the issue or will see what we can do for you in our ability.
Payments exclude taxes.
For in-stock items:
Either you pay full price at once
Or you pay by plans with ShopPay or PayPal Pay in 4 (you need to contact PayPal for this option).
For pre-ordered items:
DEPOSIT:
Is to secure the order.
The amount depends on each product.
Can be refunded as store credit BEFORE the FULL PAYMENT DEPOSIT.
FULL PAYMENT DEPOSIT:
Is to complete your order. Items will only be shipped when we receive full payment and shipping.
Is non-refundable.
The full payment deposit's time depends on each product. We will send an invoice through email (before the estimated time of arrival of the product).
You need to :

Choose and Pay your shipping option.
The full payment deposit's DUE DATE is within 7 DAYS. After 7 days, you need to pay for the in-stock price (which would be higher). Also, if the item is in high demand, you may lose your secured stock.
Note: Deposit is non-refundable once the invoice is sent out.
STORE CREDIT:
can be used in future purchases.
cannot be converted to cash.
