FAQs FOR SHIPPING

How do I get a shipping discount?

When you buy 3 OR MORE items in 1 order, please contact us before ordering. We will try to REDUCE the SHIPPING cost for you (it still depends on the total weight & size of the order). Technically, the more items you buy in 1 order, the easier we could work things out to give you more discount.

Where do you ship to?

We ship all over the world, if you don't see your country on the list, please contact us (email: berrybeary.eshop@gmal.com) so we can add it in.

How can I check the shipping cost for an item?

Shipping is calculated at check out.

To see the shipping fee, you simply go through all the steps on filling out your information. You click the 'continue to shipping' button to see the shipping fee. Please don't be worried, after you go through all steps and see the shipping cost, the transaction is still not confirmed.

How long does it take to ship my order?

(In-stock items) It takes us around 5-7 days to ship out your order.

(Pre-order items) Once your item arrives, we will ship it out in around 5-7 days.

(Both Pre-order and In-stock items) We would wait for the pre-order items to arrive and ship all of the items at once, in order to help you save the shipping costs. However, you can choose to ship your items separately and we will let you know if you need to pay a bit more for shipping.

How long does it take to deliver my order?

Express (est. 14 days with STANDARD quality)

Standard (est. 20-25 days with STANDARD quality)

Economy (est. 30-35 days with AVERAGE quality)

*Economy is a totally new shipping option. Old Economy option is now Standard option, old Standard option is now Express.*

The Economy shipping fee is the lowest, followed by Standard shipping and Express shipping fee is the highest.

What is the difference between STANDARD quality and AVERAGE quality?

In general, the differences between STANDARD quality and AVERAGE quality are in packaging and managing/ handling the parcels. The higher the cost, the better packaging and managing/ handling of the parcels.

We are only responsible for retailing. We can't control the quality of the products or shipping, which are managed by external companies. However, if you have any issues related to products or shipping, we will help by contacting the responsible party to work out the issue or will see what we can do for you in our ability.

Does your price include tax or shipping?

All prices exclude shipping fees and taxes (taxes may apply in some countries). Shipping fees are calculated at check out.

Why don't you offer free shipping?

We do not include shipping costs in our prices because to offer free shipping, the shipping cost is actually added to the price. So basically, customers still need to pay the same amount or even more.

How do I know if my parcel has been shipped?

You will receive a confirmation email from us and also our shipping company.

How can I track my parcel once it has been shipped out?

We will send an email including a tracking number and you can track it on https://17track.net/en and when your parcel has arrived locally, you can then see updates on the website of your local carrier company (e.g. USPS, FedEx, Canada Post, Royal Mail or Australia Post)
